- 8-10+ years of solid MS Project
- 8-10+ years of solid Project Scheduling experience
- 6-10+ Smartsheets scheduling experience

- Pharma experience preferred.
- Assist in planning work priorities for a large Enterprise Systems Upgrade Program
- Assist the Program team with the coordination of specific, simple tasks and activity coordination assistance within the work-stream of a project.
- Review of the existing Project Lifecycle Management process, coordinating modifications and assisting with the rollout of the streamlined process.
- Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
- Assist in project communications; issue straightforward communications to limited audiences.
- Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
- Assist in assuring effective transition into production as appropriate.
- Manage Schedule, RAID logs & follow-ups.
- Manage simple tasks and provide activity coordination assistance.
- Manage issues in a reactive fashion.
- Accurate communications in person and in writing. Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables. Gather and publish/report defined metrics data relating to project attributes. Assist the Project Manager (PM) in coordination of information to support the project design and planning. Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents. Assist the PM in coordinating estimations.
Assist in project risk assessment and contingency planning. Assist the PM in producing project communications as needed. Participate in and provide input to ongoing project methodology process improvement efforts. Ensure organization readiness by incorporating appropriate planning, communications, and mitigation activities. - Assists in managing and facilitating program/project scheduling and data tracking to enhance project quality and process consistency.
- Assists PM in development, maintenance and coordination of key project deliverables (PMF, SDLC, Agile, etc.)
- Works with PM to build out and maintain the integrated program/project schedule using specified project management tools
- Assists in preparation of key status reports for relevant program/project meetings (Core, IT, Cross Tower, PMO, Steering Committee, etc.)
- Supports PM in tracking progress of activities/milestones
- Assists in routine project management tasks and activities such as logging and maintenance of RAID and Key Activities status
- Examines program/project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy
- Supports the Project Manager’s administrative workload by owning administrative duties for Project Managers.
- Schedules key program/project-related meetings
- Captures minutes for relevant program/project meetings
- Sets up, manages and maintains program/project SharePoint site as per agreed to plan (including meeting minutes, RAID, status reports, project permissions, etc.)
- Maintains and reports on program/project Budget and Actuals by coordinating with the Project Financial Analyst and Program/Project Manager
- Assists in execution of all communications internal to the project team (excluding the communications managed by Marketing and Communication Services)
