Job Summary

This temporary position is responsible for processing and paying invoices with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires adherence to established procedures and supervisor instructions. Candidates must be comfortable with the short‑term nature of this assignment, as it will not extend or convert, though future opportunities within the department may be possible.

• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in purchasing softwareגור.
• Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to invoice processing.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency with INFOR and Lawson systems.
• Experience matching purchase orders with invoices in purchasing software.
