Primary Responsibilities:

* Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, cleaning, and applying primer

* Select and mix paints to match colors and textures

* Safely operate painting equipment and tools

* Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Minimum Requirements:

* Proven experience as a painter

* Ability to climb ladders safely

* Proficiency in operating man lifts

* Strong attention to detail

* Knowledge of building and facilities maintenance practices is a plus

* Painting techniques and processes

* Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes

* Ability to work independently and in a team

* Good physical condition and stamina to handle manual labor

* Excellent time management skills

* Valid driver's license
