We are seeking a reliable and customer‑centric Customer Sales Associate (CSA) to join our team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and be exposed to the elements of an indoor/outdoor work environment.

Greet customers, answer questions, and operate cash register

Meet and exceed sales targets

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Stay up to date on promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Maintain clean building, and grounds

Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work efficiently to meet goals and maintain a high level of quality

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet goals

Basic knowledge of a cash register

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays

Work is performed in a fast‑paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to the public.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment to meet goals.
