PT Brand Ambassador

Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador serves as the face of Brix Cannabis during in-store pop-ups, vendor days, and consumer-facing events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cannabis education, customer engagement, and brand storytelling. Ambassadors are responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for customers while driving awareness and affinity for the Brix brand.

• Set up and break down the Brix pop-up station at designated retail or event locations.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote brand awareness.
• Educate customers on Brix product lines (flower, pre-rolls, vapes, and edibles) and their key differentiators.
• Provide basic cannabis education and responsible use guidance to consumers.
• Represent the Brix brand in alignment with company values, image, and compliance requirements.
• Collect feedback from customers and store staff to share with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Support promotional campaigns, giveaways, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and displays are presented professionally.
• Communicate availability and confirm event scheduling in advance.
• Work collaboratively with dispensary staff to ensure smooth event execution.

• Outgoing and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge or interest in cannabis products, culture, and compliance.
• Ability to confidently represent a brand and engage with a wide range of customers.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple retail locations.
• Prior retail, sales, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling, with availability requested one month in advance

• Hourly pay based on experience, $20-22/hr
• Mileage reimbursement for travel to event locations.
• Brix Cannabis branded apparel and training provided.
