• Four 10-hour days per week Monday through Friday with no call
• 75% post‑op and ICU rounding with ER/floor consults, 25% OR time
• OR first assist required for cranial and spine cases
• Adult patients only
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
