• Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (Full Time, some weekend time required)
• Extra Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 Sunday–Thursday, $3.00 Friday–Saturday
• Long‑term care experience required
• RN license required

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education as needed to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Connecticut.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Previous long‑term care experience required.
