Nurse Practitioner Role Scope
§ Provides direct patient care in office consultations, including assessment, workups, triage, emergency work-ins, and other patient care activities
§ Obtains and documents health history, performs and documents physical exam, and orders and interprets diagnostic tests
§ Provides counseling to patients regarding diagnosis and expected course of treatment
§ Collaborates with physicians to provide appropriate direct care interventions within scope of practice
Travel-One to two locations (Currently have three sites Hartford, Avon, Manchester)
Full Time
Shift - Four 10-hour shifts, weekdays, no holidays.

Qualifications
· Master’s Degree in Nursing or PA
· National Certification in Advanced Practice and current CPR certification
· FA course completion within 6 months of employment
· Current State of CT APRN license with prescriptive authority and current DEA number & 100% attendance to maintain annual mandatory skill updates
