Job Description
- Operate straight-side and gap frame presses up to 400 Ton.
- Load coil material into various coil feeding equipment – cradles, reels, etc.
- Inspect product to specification per supplied Inspection Instruction Sheets; read calipers, micrometers, dial indicators and other supplied gauges.
- Lifting and positioning of coils into feed equipment, lifting of containers of product.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong ability to work well with others.
- Clean and orderly.
- Mechanically inclined with standard hand tools.
- Good attendance.
- Some working knowledge of presses and coil feeding equipment is a plus, but not required.
The openings are for 1st shift: hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Saturday work may be required from time to time.
