Field Services Technician

Deployment Technician - Norwich, CT

Pay: $22 per hour + $2 travel offset

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Schedule:

Fulltime, onsite in a hospital

Contract:

Minimum 1 year

Seeking a Deployment Technician with at least two years of experience in hardware support, computer imaging, and workstation setup. This role supports hospital staff and requires strong customer service skills.

• Deploy, install, and configure computers and workstations
• Image devices and prepare equipment for end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
• Document and escalate tickets accurately
• Support Windows client/server systems and wireless devices

• 2+ years hardware support
• 2+ years imaging and workstation deployment
• Strong customer service skills
• Hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite full time

This is a Contract position based out of New Britain, CT. This position is also fully onsite in New Britain, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 22, 2026.
