Field Services Technician

* Deployment Technician - Norwich, CT
* * Pay:* $22 per hour + $2 travel offset

* Shift:
* 1st shift, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

* Schedule:

* Fulltime, onsite in a hospital

* Contract:

* Minimum 1 year

* Overview* Seeking a Deployment Technician with at least two years of experience in hardware support, computer imaging, and workstation setup. This role supports hospital staff and requires strong customer service skills.

* Responsibilities
* * Deploy, install, and configure computers and workstations

* Image devices and prepare equipment for endusers

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues

* Document and escalate tickets accurately

* Support Windows client/server systems and wireless devices

* Qualifications
* * 2+ years hardware support

* 2+ years imaging and workstation deployment

* Strong customer service skills

* Hospital experience preferred

* Ability to work onsite fulltime
