Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal-formed products. They are currently seeking an Epicor IT/System Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT environment, including the Epicor Kinetic ERP administration, helpdesk operations, server and infrastructure management, and cybersecurity. VP of Manufacturing and Technology.

• Administration and support of Epicor Kinetic ERP System
• Oversee day-to-day helpdesk operations
• Manage on‑prem and cloud-based servers, networks, storage, and backups
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls
• System process and procedure improvements
• Manage IT vendor relationships, MSPs, and cybersecurity partners

• 5+ years of Epicor Admin experience (Kinetic experience a must)
• 4+ years of BAQ, BPM, and DMT experience
• 4+ years of SQL database maintenance experience for Epicor ERP
• 4+ years of SSRS reporting experience, including administration and report design
• Virtual servers, network, firewalls, and integration experience

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
