Position: Travel ASL Interpreter | New Britain, Connecticut
A school-based opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support effective communication between students, educators, and staff. This role requires fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and the ability to interpret educational content in a clear, accurate, and sensitive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality sign language interpretation services during classroom instruction, meetings, and school events.
• Facilitate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and their peers, teachers, and other school personnel.
• Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment that meets the educational needs of students requiring interpretation services.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to adapt educational materials as needed.

• Proficiency in American Sign Language with certification preferred.
