Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician:
Provide Comprehensive Care Serve a diverse patient population with both acute and chronic conditions.
Focus on Prevention Guide patients through long-term health strategies.
Collaborate Across Disciplines Work closely with a full care team to ensure seamless care.
Utilize Data & Outcomes Drive personalized, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut Medical License Unrestricted licensure required
Experience Preferred 2+ years of outpatient practice (not required)
Comfortable with EMRs Athena EMR experience is a plus
Strong Communication Skills Team-oriented and patient-focused
