Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team; may serve as clinical team leader. Supervise select non-physician clinicians. Complete timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and discharge summaries. Adhere to safe, evidence-based prescribing practices with proper informed consent. Monitor and address risk-management issues; act as a resource to other clinicians. Communicate effectively with outside providers, primary care physicians, schools, and families. Participate in medical staff committees and meetings.
