Warehouse Coordinator

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $23.57/hr

Duration: 06+ Months Contract

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving tasks, inventory reconciliation, utilizing ERP system, and clear communication across departments.

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations (receiving, shipping, inventory/material control).
• Perform manual and/or clerical duties utilizing various systems/MS for receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and report tasks supporting manufacturing workflow.
• Coordinate workflow, assist in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.
• Maintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.
• Assist in fulfillment administration and processes.

• High school Diploma.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite programs.

• Previous Warehouse Experience shipping internationally.
• Inventory cycle count.
