As a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor/Outpatient Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic services in an outpatient setting. You will play a vital role in supporting mental wellness, fostering resilience, and improving the quality of life for the clients we serve. Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information, evaluate mental health diagnoses, and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Participate in clinical consultations, staff meetings, and trainings to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:
    • MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
  • Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.
  • Experience providing substance use disorder counseling and case management.
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Compensation

This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $68,000 annually.

  • Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
  • Employees in these positions are W2.
