Position
Mechanical and Engineering firm in the Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer, PE to join the team.

QualificationsRegistered professional mechanical engineer for 5+ years.
- 8+ years minimum overall experience
- Mechanical design experience must include:
- HVAC system design for a wide variety of mechanical system types
- Plumbing system design
- Heating/cooling/ventilation calculations
- Specification creation/editing
- Construction administration activities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Project management experience must include:
- Must have been managing projects for 2+ years
- Leading a design team and coordinating the work of multiple disciplines to deliver a completed project
- Writing proposals in response to RFPs
- Calculation of fees associated with proposal writing
- Other items
- Preference will be given to applicants who are also a registered fire protection engineer
- Preference will be given to applicants who can bring existing clients with them to EEA
- This is an in person position (No remote work)
- 40 hours per week
- Project related travel will be required. Typically within state of MN, but further travel could be necessary.
