Tactile Medical is offering an 11‑week Supply Chain internship opportunity for a student who is seeking to accelerate their professional experience and career trajectory in supply chain. In this 11‑week internship program, the Supply Chain intern will start by visiting our corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, MN for the first three days to learn from leaders across the organization. After that, the intern will be paired with a mentor on the supply chain team to dive into real supply chain issues and contribute to meaningful projects.

• Duration: 11 weeks (6/1/26‑8/10/26), first and last day at Minneapolis corporate office
• Full time during normal business hours (40 hours a week, Monday through Friday)
• Tours of different sites and departments (Manufacturing, Sales, Clinical, and others)

• Work independently and collaboratively with the supply chain team on projects to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and gather data for business reviews with key suppliers
• Analyze and measure key metrics for the supply chain department
• Monitor purchase order on‑time delivery through receipt dates and update accordingly on reschedules
• Assess supplier strength and analyze risk of critical components to determine potential RFx opportunities
• Perform system analysis, data management, and system testing with collaboration from various departments to refine the MRP system
• Manage a supply chain project or portion of a project through completion during the 11‑week internship
• Present project work, experiences, and learnings during the final week of internship

Required:

• Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s degree program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a degree in supply chain management or another technical discipline
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.0 or above)
• Ability to commit to the full 11‑week internship working 40 hours per week

Preferred:

• Relevant technical coursework or research experience related to the internship
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP software, preferably Net Suite

Hourly rate is competitive. Salary may differ based on candidate’s location, job‑specific knowledge, skills and experience.
