Our 228‑unit community is seeking an experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, resolving issues quickly, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Requirements- Previous apartment assistant lead maintenance experience – HVAC Certification and EPA required
- Proven ability to work with urgency without compromising quality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, solution‑oriented, and organized
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry, AC certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on‑call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc.
