Sales Consultant – Bluebonnet Ford. Bluebonnet Ford is looking to add two selected individuals to our high performing sales team. We are the #1 Truck Retailer in South Texas, and we are in the top 1% of Ford dealers in the Nation. We are the highest rated dealership in New Braunfels and San Antonio for service and sales customer satisfaction. • Understand and follow the dealership’s sales process.
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• Must live within 25 miles of the dealership or be willing to relocate.
• Good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Must have good character with no felony convictions.
