The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated RV Sales Consultant who loves connecting with people and can help customers match their lifestyle with the right RV.

If you’re great at relationship building, comfortable with technology (CRM, mobile tools), and ready to earn based on performance — this is your opportunity.

• Greet and engage walk-in, phone, and online leads quickly and professionally.
• Guide customers through product selection, trade-in evaluation, and finance options.
• Present payment, protection, and delivery options clearly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Collaborate with F&I, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent Seguin RV at local events or off-site shows as needed.
• Sales experience in RV, auto, or related retail industry preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency — CRM, email, and mobile apps.
• Positive, self-driven attitude with team mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays.
• Earning potential: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year for top performers.
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses for volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Training and mentorship provided.
• Opportunity for career growth as Sales Manager or F&I Manager as the dealership expands.

Full-time, typically Tuesday–Saturday. Closed major holidays.
