As a Product Specialist, you’ll guide clients through the vehicle-buying experience, focusing on product expertise, clear communication, and relationship-building . Your goal is to help customers make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers professionally while assessing their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate Nissan vehicles, including features and technology
- Conduct test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
- Follow up on leads, create appointments and build lasting customer relationships
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
- Stay current on new models, technology, and products
- Contribute positively to a team-focused, professional environment
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience is preferred (sales, service, or hospitality)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, Motivated, adaptable and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
