Revival Storm specializes in crew lodging management solutions for traveling workforce. We primarily service the storm and emergency response industry. However, Revival does accommodate oilfield, construction, and other industries that require their crews to travel. Our focus is on enhancing the overall experience for companies and maximizing cost optimization when it comes to lodging. We prioritize rest for companies that have traveling crews.
PositionSummary
We seek a results-driven crew lodging Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage corporate partnerships needing crew accommodation. This role focuses on selling lodging solutions to utility, emergency response, oil & gas, shipping, transportation, and logistics industries, where crew rotation and temporary housing are essential. Your goal is to grow revenue, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships. The Sales Executive is expected to work collaboratively with leadership and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Must be willing to travel to offices, conferences, and anywhere across the US for conferences, storm-related events, or in-person meetings as needed.
- Identify and engage with companies requiring crew lodging (construction, utility services, oil & gas, etc.)
- Develop tailored lodging solutions that meet operational and budgetary needs
- Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, referrals, and networking
- Conduct client presentations, pricing negotiations, and contract management
- Collaborate with operations and account managers to ensure service delivery excellence
- Track sales activities and report performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, logistics, or crew services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
- Familiarity with crew scheduling, accommodation requirements, or logistics is a strong plus
- Texas-based preferred
- Knowledge of RFP processes and bulk lodging procurement
- Hotel industry experience with crew room block management or GDS
- 30K Base Salary to start + performance-based commission
