Key Responsibilities
  • Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
  • Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
  • Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
  • Converts returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
  • Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
  • Recovers cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
  • Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under‑stock to brand standards.
  • Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
  • Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets, and mark out of stock.
  • Executes floorset proficiently and understands brand standards.
  • Maintains focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, prepares for each shift, and recovers and replenishes merchandise.
  • Understands and adheres to visual merchandising standards, assists in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Builds awareness and skills in loss prevention and supports store strategy to reduce shrink.
  • Provides a safe working environment and demonstrates company values.
  • Builds loyalty through the Rewards Program.
  • Is capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
