Position: Small Animal Associate Veterinarian needed in New Braufels, TX

Our practice is a bustling, well-equipped clinic that provides both small animal and equine services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients and their families. With a loyal client base and an experienced, collaborative team, this is a setting where you can thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Our 5,000-square-foot hospital features four spacious exam rooms, two dental tables, digital radiography (including dental radiography), ultrasound, endoscopy, ligature, cautery, laser therapy, and an outstanding team of trained support staff.

Nestled between San Antonio and Austin, New Braunfels boasts the best of both worlds: vibrant small-town charm and convenient access to big-city amenities. Known for its stunning rivers, abundant outdoor recreation, and rich German heritage, it’s a place that feels like home the moment you arrive.

As a vital member of our team, you’ll have the autonomy and support to provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care in a well-equipped facility. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients, offering education and compassionate guidance, and work alongside skilled technicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. We also provide mentorship and resources to help you explore your professional passions and enhance your skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000–$200,000, tailored to your expertise and experience. Your schedule will include a mix of weekday shifts and occasional Saturday am (rotating schedule), ensuring a balanced 30–40 hour work week.
