Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Urgent Care team in New Braunfels, TX
. The ideal candidate will have prior urgent care experience and a proven ability to manage patients independently in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.

• Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with a wide range of urgent and non‑emergent conditions
• Perform minor procedures, wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care services
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays and labs
• Collaborate with urgent care physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system

• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Texas
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Previous urgent care experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently

• 3 ½ shifts per week, with rotating weekends
