Responsibilities- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and address potential issues or crises that may impact project success.
- Continuously assess and improve engineering processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- B1+ English level
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in engineering or project management roles, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and mentor staff.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of engineering or the specific technologies used in your industry.
- Skills in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to address complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with EMR software and systems, understanding how they integrate into broader healthcare or engineering processes.
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical methods to analyze project metrics, performance data, and financial information.
