Car Title Clerk

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerkto manage title, tag, and registration processing for new and used vehicles while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
• Verify VINs, odometer readings, taxes, and supporting documents
• Submit paperwork to state DMV offices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle lien releases, payoffs, and trade-in documentation
• Maintain accurate records of outstanding title work
• Process dealer trades and wholesale transactions

Qualifications

• Prior dealership or tag/title administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal title and registration regulations
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Clear communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
