Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Clerical

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerkto manage title, tag, and registration processing for new and used vehicles while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
- Verify VINs, odometer readings, taxes, and supporting documents
- Submit paperwork to state DMV offices and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle lien releases, payoffs, and trade-in documentation
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding title work
- Process dealer trades and wholesale transactions
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or tag/title administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and federal title and registration regulations
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Clear communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
