A Branch Manager leads a dynamic team, delivers excellent customer service, and manages operational responsibilities to drive revenue and branch development.

• Confer with customers, dealers, and vendors to promote and expand services.
• Develop market plans to meet financial objectives and gross margin targets.
• Train and educate staff and customers in collaboration with Regional Manager.
• Manage inventory, conduct counts, and maintain product level setting.
• Recruit, select, and develop branch personnel and inspire growth.
• Control branch operations, opening/closing procedures, and 24‑hour procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested and directed.

• Strong product knowledge and solution recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and ERP systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED (College preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in HVACR industry.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

• Lift up to 75 lbs, sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, stretch, kneel, squat.
• Work in retail and warehouse settings; exposure to noise, dust, odors.
• Regular shift hours; may work non‑regular hours.
