We are hiring immediately for a Nutrition Care Manager (Certified Dietary Manager) position!

Location: Eden Hill Communities - New Braunfels, TX

Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC); IL, AL, SNF, MC, Hospice

Schedule: Full time;
Monday – Friday, must be able to weekends when needed (flexible schedule)

Requirement: Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Salary: $55k - $65k

• Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian
• Advises the dining department on resident care and meal service matters and conducts meal rounds per company protocols
• Assists with the planning of menus regarding nutrition, regulatory compliance, resident population preferences, and wellness initiatives
• Provides full-cycle supervision and training of the dining service team
• Complies with regulatory agency standards (federal, state, accrediting bodies) while maintaining confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident rights policies
• Participates in/leads resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nutrition & dietetics, or related field, required
• Credentialed as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), required
• One year of senior living experience, preferred
• Supervisory experience, desirable
• Serv Safe® certified, desirable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software
