Clinic and CHRISTUS Overview:
- Shift/
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, half day of admin hours embedded. - Patient Focused: 100% outpatient care with a manageable patient volume of 18-22 per day.
- State-of-the-Art Facility:
Clinic is equipped with on-site lab draws, and recently built in 2020.
- Provide high-quality outpatient family medicine care as part of a team of 5 providers.
- Collaborate with a physician-led group to deliver comprehensive care in a multi-specialty environment.
- Engage in standard clinic operations and patient-centered activities to support excellent care and patient satisfaction.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare system.
- Competitive Compensation:
Highly competitive salary and benefits package. - Comprehensive Coverage:
Malpractice insurance with no clinic buy-in. - Financial
Incentives:
Sign-on and relocation assistance; up to $125k in student loan repayment (starting after year
1); PSLF Eligible; $125k retention bonus for eligible candidates not utilizing education loan repayment;
Residency stipends if committing before residency completion ($2k/month). - Professional Growth: CME Allowance + 5 additional days not considered PTO.
- Tax Advantage:
No state income tax.
