Learn more: As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide clear customer service and communication to employees and visitors, document observations, and address concerns with integrity and teamwork. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state, supporting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative, people-first culture.

- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report irregular conditions according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site management and/or public responders as directed.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues through the established chain of command.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
