Store Manager – Two Locations – Greenville & Wilson, Morehead City & New Bern

Simply Natural Creamery is hiring 2 full-time Store Managers to oversee operations at two store locations
. This position will split time between stores, serve as Manager on Duty, and lead our team in delivering excellent customer service.

• Oversee daily operations across two storefronts
• Work in the stores as a retail employee
• Supervise, train, and coach new & existing employees
• Assist with interviewing and staffing decisions
• Help manage call-outs, emergencies, and schedule adjustments
• Count and manage inventory and supplies
• Ensure outstanding customer service and store cleanliness
• Support loss prevention and company standards
• Work at least two weekends per month

• Retail experience required or store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
• Reliable, team-focused, and organized
• High school diploma required; business-related degree preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
