Advanced Practice Provider - Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

This full-time position is for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient primary care setting.

• Provide comprehensive care including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma, and treat common acute illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on health maintenance.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care, document encounters thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Requires a Master’s degree, national certification, active licensure, DEA license, and BLS certification.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred; strong clinical skills and effective communication essential.
• Work is in an outpatient clinic, Monday–Friday, with no hospital rounds or inpatient call.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Applicants outside the area should specify their relocation timeframe.
