Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal issues, including post-operative follow-up and treatment planning.
- Develop patient education on prevention, wellness, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.
Ideal candidates are licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with experience in primary, family, or musculoskeletal care, strong communication skills, and comfort caring for diverse age groups. Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
