• Coordinate daily medical services, schedules, and workflows

• Manage sick call, treatments, and follow-up care

• Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and facility protocols

• Communicate effectively with providers and jail administration

• Oversee documentation, staffing coordination, and clinical operations
