Facilities Care Director
At Latitude Church, this role is far more than a cleaning position. It is oversight. It is leadership. It is stewardship of the families we serve and the campus we call home.

As the Facilities Care Lead, you shape the environment that shapes people. You carry the responsibility of creating a “Welcome Home” atmosphere— a place where every person who walks in feels "Safe, Seen, and Welcomed." Your leadership ensures our spaces stay clean, cared for, and distraction‑free so hearts can be open and ministry can flow.
This is a significant leadership role with one interim team member working under your direction. You set the tone. You maintain the standard. You provide peace of mind to our entire team by making sure our environment reflects excellence, honor, and the heart of Jesus. Saturday – Wednesday. Days Off:
Thursday & Friday.
Hours:
(Up to 30
Hrs) somewhat Flexible Work Schedule. Monday 8:00am–1:00pm. Tuesday 8:00am–12:00pm. Wednesday 8:00am–1:00pm. Thursday OFF. Friday OFF. Saturday 8:00am–3:00pm. Sunday 4:00pm–7:00pm.
