Overview

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time candidate for Maintenance Support at our New Bern, NC location.

• Assist, prepare and process with daily invoicing for customers and vendors maintenance and parts.
• Track labor hours, parts usage, and maintenance activities for billing purposes
• Coordinate with maintenance director to ensure invoices reflect completed work
• Assist in maintaining an orderly, compliant parts room
• Perform general facility upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies, tools, and equipment
• Support special projects and operational needs as assigned

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and invoicing software
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hangar environment
