Job Summary: The Vice President of Claims Advocacy provides executive leadership for healthcare claims advocacy across the organization, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant resolution of complex medical, facility, and professional claims. This role serves as a senior liaison between the health system, payers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to protect revenue integrity, reduce denials, and enhance the patient financial experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of healthcare claims experience, including areas such as provider reimbursement, billing disputes, appeals, and grievances.
- At least five years of leadership experience in claims operations, patient advocacy, and/or payer relations.
