1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in vision and mirror systems for commercial vehicles, is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** First Shift (6:45 AM to 3:15 PM)

** What's the Job?*
* + Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using voice-to-pick technology

+ Operate motorized carts to move products within the warehouse

+ Learn and understand  product lines and warehouse layout

+ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

+ Support fulfillment processes to ensure next-day shipment commitments

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required

+ Willingness to learn forklift operation and recertify if needed

+ Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

+ Great attitude and excellent attendance record
