Installer Lead

Experienced Flawless Flooring Installer Lead $50,000- $80,000 / year

Department:Installer Location:Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI

We are looking for a motivated Flooring Installer to join our company. As our Installer, you will be responsible for the proper floor prep and installation of luxury vinyl, solid & engineered hardwood and laminate flooring. Installers will travel to various installation projects throughout the week. You will be interacting with customers daily.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and self-motivated. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Flooring company.

• Demo/tearout of existing flooring when needed
• Install luxury vinyl plank, solid & engineered hardwood and laminate flooring
• Remove & reset quarter round/base molding or replace when needed
• Use and maintain hand tools and power tools
• Maintain clean work area at all times
• Document operational activities

• Physically able to move items up to 75 lbs or higher
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others in any situation
• Ability to multitask with different, sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary
• Reliable and excellent attention to detail

• Must be able to work after hours and over weekends if necessary to complete projects on time
• The job environment is fast-paced and results-orientated
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass drug test, background check and motor vehicle check
