Because we are growing, we are looking for an Experienced Drain Technician to join our team.

Qualifications

• Mechanically Inclined and Possess a Basic Knowledge of Plumbing
• Some drain experience preferred, but not required
• Be Coachable – Willing to Learn and Grow
• Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity and a Contagious Positive Attitude with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
• Safety Minded with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Proven Attendance Record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Primary Job Functions

• Provide excellent customer service
• Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provide a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible.
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers
• Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
