*** This lead installer position requires experience and knowledge in residential exterior remodeling with an emphasis on windows and doors.
**** Home Sealed is nationally recognized (locally owned) Exterior Remodeling Company
** Qualified Remodeler Top 550, Remodeling Top 500, HIP 200, WDDA Dealer of the Year 2019. We are a company that offers ONLY high quality products and installation.

* Purpose:

** To install windows and doors to a high degree of quality, efficiency, and give exceptional customer service that results in raving fans of Home Sealed!
** Expectations of the Position:**
* ** Focus on SOLUTIONS and communicate effectively with team and customer to ensure a satisfied customer at the end of the project.**
* ** Complete services on projects to ensure customer is happy with their experience and installation.
**** Full Time Installer Skills and

Qualifications:

** Experience installing and servicing Windows, Doors, and other Exterior Home Improvements. Bending and installing metal trim, impeccable caulking skills and finish carpentry.

Installation Troubleshooting, Aptitude for Taking Accurate Measurements, Analyzing Information on Work Orders, Contracts and Measure Sheets, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Quality Focus, Results Driven.

** Availability/

Hours:

** Full Time, 7:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend hours may be required in special circumstances.

** Compensation/Benefits·** $25-40 per hr based on skill, experience, performance.

Experience:

3+ Years of Lead Installation Experience License/Certification:
* professional window installation: 5 years (Required)
* valid driver's license (Required)

* ** Must be Lead Safe Certified.
