Head of Inside Sales

Hybrid;
New Berlin, WI area.

• Provide customers with timely and accurate quotes for standard low voltage drives products.
• Set up, automate, and maintain the processes and tools (such as SAP, eCommerce platforms, internal drive selection tools) to empower our customers going digital and being self-sufficient.
• Provide customers with guidelines and instructions to ensure superior buying journey.
• Support implementing pricing strategy, risk management.
• Build reports and dashboard to gain insights of our performance and customer behaviors for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with ABB internal stakeholders (front end sales, product management, execution, tool owners, etc.) to maximize the results.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of experience OR alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
• Preferred experience in STEM related field.
• Detail oriented, strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Experiences with sales tools and processes.
• Travel from 10-20% required.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
