Requirements- Minimum 2-3 years experience
- Associate degree is a plus
- A driven self-starter and team player with a focus on serving and helping others
- Proven ability to communicate, motivate others for information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make sound business decisions with and without management approval
- Detail oriented, organized, and possess ability to multi-task
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
