Job SummaryAcrisure is seeking a Commercial Transportation Client Advisor to join our growing team. A Commercial Transportation Client Advisor is a high‑performance individual that delivers insurance and advisory strategies to medium‑size companies and large Fortune 500 companies, focusing on reducing insurance dependency and boosting performance. The role is primarily face‑to‑face with key executives and decision‑makers, and it is a high‑income, competitive sales position with a clear objective of always exceeding quota.

- Initial Training & Validation Period:
New advisors start in a supported compensation phase while completing licensing, training, and performance validation. - Progressive Commission Structure:
As experience grows and performance benchmarks are achieved, advisors move through clearly defined compensation steps that provide increasing commission rates. - Uncapped Earnings Potential:
Once fully validated, compensation becomes primarily performance‑based—the earnings scale directly with productivity and results.
- Develop a lead generation plan to obtain new clients.
- Execute the plan using cold calls, referrals, industry events, Linked In, and other techniques.
- Engage in the discovery process for all sales opportunities to understand the prospect’s top needs.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, proactively providing insight into industry trends, solutions, and business advice.
- Develop comprehensive, professional presentations for each target customer.
- Co‑ordinate client proposals and provide market intelligence for the proposals.
- Use the agency’s sales‑tracking technology to forecast, report pipeline progress, and keep accurate activity reports.
- Track sales successes and maintain up‑to‑date activity reports.
- Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities.
- Professionalism in virtual or in‑person work environments.
- Experience improving customer service operations.
- Willingness to participate in self‑development or technical classes.
- Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent people skills and teamwork ability.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4–6 years of insurance‑specific consultation and sales experience preferred.
- Current Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
- Ability to work toward professional designation.
