We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Beverage Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our beverage products are well-presented and readily available in retail locations throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication skills. This position can provide a pathway to a sales position within the company.

• Organize and maintain beverage displays in retail stores to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure availability.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned locations to assess product placement and merchandising standards.
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to management.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
