We’re looking for a natural leader who can get the team moving, from the store to the street. As Domino’s Pizza Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for a full range of shop operations, from staffing and inventory to customer service and profit‑control. You will set the example for crew members, maintain store standards, and ensure a high‑quality experience for all customers.

• Supervise all store activities during your shift.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and crew training.
• Maintain inventory and cash control to meet cost‑control targets.
• Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues on the shop floor.
• Handle paperwork, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver pizzas by car, manage deliveries and promotional materials.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle cash accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to give instructions and take orders.
• Ability to work independently, handle stress, maintain punctuality, and follow through on tasks.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and operating store equipment.
• Adaptability to indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and cold surfaces.
• Proficiency with a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.
• Availability for all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
