Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician for a full-time position with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform microbiology laboratory testing approximately 80% to 90% of the day.

+ Conduct tasks such as plating, pipetting, and working with lab equipment.

+ Complete remedial tasks like documentation and cleaning for one to two hours daily.

+ Work independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in biology and microbiology.

+

Experience with lab equipment and plating techniques.

+ Strong pipetting skills.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in the Sciences.

+ Ability to work independently.

Work Environment

The position is within a laboratory environment, where the majority of your time will be spent performing micro lab testing. The role offers the chance to cross-train and advance internally within a national company, providing numerous career opportunities. The dress code is standard lab attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEW BERLIN, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.17 - $23.00/hr.
